| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or physical education required, Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 1 years experience in cardiac rehab, including exercise prescription and graded exercise testing, required. Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9, and Medicare diagnostic coding as it pertains to cardiac rehabilitation is preferred. BLS, ACLS, and EKG certifications required. ACSM Certification (Exercise Specialist or higher) preferred. |
