With more than 25 years of experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of
cardiovascular disease, the Arizona Heart Institute now has the convenience of many Arizona

A patient's financial situation should not interfere with the medical care they receive. AHI accepts Medicare Assignment and participates in most major health care plans available in Arizona. However, plans vary by AHI location so check with your specific location for more information. Also, since insurance plans change frequently, please call the office you visit to inquire about insurance policies. Each AHI office has a specific Managed Care Coordinator available to answer all of your insurance questions or you can call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card for further information.
For more information about specific insurance plans, please email Cathy Maurer at: CMaurer@azheart.com AHI staff will file Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance claims for you. For non-Medicare patients, the primary insurance claim will be filed by AHI for easier processing. The billing staff can assist uninsured patients in setting up a payment plan. Patients are responsible for their co-payment, deductible, and any services not covered by their plan. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express is accepted.
