Disease Management Through the Cardiac Conditioning Program
Exercise is one of the best things you can do to reduce your risk of heart disease, the leading cause of death of Americans. While everyone wants to exercise, it is often difficult to start and consistently keep a healthy exercise program.
Come to a FREE presentation, Disease Management Through the Cardiac Conditioning Program, and learn about Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Cancer, Peripheral Vascular/Arterial Disease, and Weight Management in the Cardiac Conditioning Program.
This informational presentation is sponsored by Arizona Heart Institute and Arizona Heart Hospital and will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2009, from noon to 1 p.m. at Arizona Heart Institute in the third-floor classroom, located at 2632 N. 20th St. in Phoenix.
AHI Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager and exercise physiologist Kim Mostoller, M.S, will lead this lecture. Kim has been the manager of the AHI Cardiac Rehabilitation program since 2004. She received her Master of Science from Arizona State University focusing on exercise and wellness. Deeply committed to education, Kim has provided patient care in all aspects of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and her specialty areas include exercise stress testing, risk factor analysis/reduction, EKG monitoring and exercise prescription.
If you are diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, you must take an active role in your future; that future begins with AHI’s Cardiovascular Conditioning & Preventative Medicine Program. If you would like to attend this free presentation, please call 1-800-345-4278 or register at www.azheart.com. Seating is limited, so register today!
