Vascular Surgeon Director of Peripheral Vascular and Endovascular Research
Dr. Venkatesh Ramaiah joined the Arizona Heart Institute (AHI) in 1999 after a year of private practice in vascular surgery at the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California.
He received his medical degree (MBBS) and Master's in Surgery(MS) from the University of Bombay in India. He is board -certified in general surgery and completed his surgical training at Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ramaiah also fulfilled his fellowship in vascular surgery at the Arizona Heart Institute.
Dr. Ramaiah is the Director of Peripheral Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Research at the Arizona Heart Institute. He is the Principle Investigator in numerous studies and is on the faculty of many prestigous meetings both nationally and internationally. He provides services at the Arizona Heart Institute main office located in Central Phoenix.
