Dr. Neil J. Goldberg joined the Arizona Heart Institute (AHI) in 2006. He is board certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, and critical care. Prior to joining the AHI, Dr. Goldberg practiced interventional cardiology for two years at Cardiac Solutions in Peoria, AZ.
Dr. Goldberg received his undergraduate degree at Albright College in Reading, PA and his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. His postgraduate training includes an internship at the Community Hospital of South Broward in Hollywood, FL, an internal medicine residency and a fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Brown Mills, NJ.
Dr. Goldberg is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, Ohio State Medical Association, Stark County Medical Society, Stark County Independent Physicians Organization, Inc., American Physician Fellowship for Medicine in Israel, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and the American Osteopathic Association-College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Goldberg is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American College of Cardiology, and the American College of Chest Physician.
Dr. Goldberg provides services to patients at the Arizona Heart Institute Main Office located in Central Phoenix.
