Lipid Clinic

Studies have shown that you can dramatically reduce your risk of heart disease by maintaining healthy levels of cholesterol (less than 200 mg/dl), HDL-cholesterol (the "good" cholesterol), and LDL-cholesterol (the "bad" cholesterol) in your blood.
