Phase III Conditioning Program

The Phase III Program is offered to those who have completed the Phase II Conditioning Program and those who experienced a cardiac event more than a year ago. It is a transition program designed to help participants maintain their new, healthy lifestyle. During this transition, your exercise duration and intensity will gradually increase, based on test results. You will learn new, challenging exercises based on your progress.

There are no time limitations to the Phase III program. Tests such as ECG telemetry monitoring are conducted monthly (unless otherwise indicated), with progress reports and regular health status updates provided to your referring physician.

A small fee for the Phase III Program will be charged either per visit or on a monthly basis. Because this is considered a maintenance program, you will be expected to cover the costs.

To make an appointment, please call Kim Mostoller (AHI-Phoenix) at 602-240-6132.
