Vascular specialists need to keep abreast of the rapid developments in endovascular interventions. To that end, International Congress seeks to update interventionists (surgeons, cardiologists, and radiologists) and allied health-care personnel on new and existing endovascular technologies and techniques through a combination of live satellite-relayed case presentations and peer-reviewed abstract presentations.
At the conclusion of the Congress, participants should be able to: (1) assess the newest technology and interventional techniques and determine the appropriate application to their patients, (2) review progress on evolving techniques, and (3) apply the results of clinical trials and evidence-based medicine in the management of their patients, and (4) integrate into their practices the knowledge obtained through real-time case demonstrations.
